I believe in meeting you where you are but helping you to set goals to get where you want to be. Every person is different and I tailor my style and approach based on what you need, whether that is an ear to listen, a voice to guide or a joke to lighten the mood. My goal is to create a safe space for you to be express your thoughts and feelings and work towards the goals we set together.
