I have a passion for connecting and helping people reach balance, direction, and live a more fulfilling life.   I have helped people with issues with anxiety, depression, stages of life, trauma, self-esteem, conflict resolution, marital/relationship issues, career counseling, and ADHD.  I have come to realize that counseling is a sensitive subject to some people and is not an easy process to navigate.  However, I provide therapy in a safe, non-judgmental, caring, and very open environment.  I believe counseling can provide the support that is needed for strength and personal growth.  I focus on using techniques that include changing thoughts and behaviors to more positive ones, self-care, mindfulness, positive psychology, processing trauma, and using other techniques as needed.  I am excited and dedicated to take this journey together!
