How Much Does Counseling Cost?
We want to help you! If you are motivated to improve your life but concerned about fees, please contact us and we will work to structure a billing plan that works for you.
Counseling fees are determined by insurance, out of pocket payment options and session length.
We accept most insurances.
We also accept private pay and sliding scale schedules (when necessary).
Once you request an appointment, our Client Coordinator will obtain your insurance information and determine your coverage, benefits, deductible, co-pay and authorization.
Patients are responsible for fees if their insurance denies benefits.
Payment is expected at appointment visits.
In some cases, a sliding scale fee is accepted as determined by our administration and treating therapist. This is provided on a case-by-case circumstance.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so MORE THAN 24 hours in advance. In this case, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment in the same week, even if that means accommodating your schedule with a phone session.
If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a late cancel or a missed session fee. This is because with such short notice we are unable to book other people in those session slots, and we can not bill insurance for sessions that do not occur. For this purpose, we require that a valid credit card be kept on file. ( this is exclusively for late and missed appointments)
